What's New or Changed

May 2008	Rownham Ferry section expanded to a full page with 5 new photos.
April 2008	Ashton Aces Netball club link added to the regular events page. The Ashton Aces have teams in 3 divisions and provide "the opportunity for women of all ages to play netball". 2007 Bower Ashton events archived.
March 2008	Recent House Prices and Council Tax valuations links added to odds and ends page.
February 2008	UWE Ulink U1 bus service link added to bus information on most pages. This is a good way to get to Asda and Temple Meads by the way.
January 2008	Odds and Ends page: link to Hotwells and District Allotments added. Updated Ashton Park School page, Kenyan school twin information links updated and more information added on the old Ashton Court Estate Lodge in the school grounds.
November 2007	Updated UWE page, bus information change + links amended.
September 2007	Small new photo of the new cricket pavilion and minor changes to the Bedminster Cricket Club entry.
July 2007	I finally managed to see Bedminster Cricket Club playing and take some photos, now on the Odds & Ends page.
June 2007	Regular Events Tobacco Factory - Dance Studio Classes added: Flamenco, Break Dance, Urban Moves (Street Dance), Tai Chi, Arabic Dance, Yoga, Kamon Wing Chun Kung Fu, Danceblast and The Big Act.
May 2007	Ashton Court Estate: Expanded Ashton Court page to new web site. Previous Events 2006 events archived.
March 2007	Churches section: New larger photos and minor text change. UWE page: New information and links update for the latest UWE redevelopment update. Also new graphic and more bus information.
February 2007	General site modification: Changes to page headings and events panel layout, centralised page display (previously left justified). Fixed some display faults for Firefox browser users.
January 2007	Changed Commercial page into a table of businesses.
November 2006	Cosmetic changes to top of page internal site links. UWE page new redevelopment plan link added and Students Union site link amended (site has moved). Odds and Ends: Ashton Boys Junior Football details added. With extra photo.
October 2006	Added the sport centre adult activities to the regular events page. Activities like: running training, salsa fit, boxexcise, circuit training, ladies netball and more. Ashton Court: Photo of Summerhouse Plantation. From Kennel Lodge Road.
September 2006	About the Events showing what areas are included in the events list, now on a new page. Area and Detail Maps section added to directions page. New photo and link for the Kite Festival on the Ashton Court page.
August 2006	More regular events added: twice monthly speed dating and a weekly 50+ gym at £2.50 per session. New 2006 photo and link on the Ashton Court page. Cosmetic changes to the look of the site plus minor text changes to the site.
July 2006	Commercial page, more businesses added: window cleaner, builder contractor, garden/conservatory services and performing arts. Neighbours page new link/photo added. Plus new photo pages for: Collitors Brook Ashton Brook Church Gate (Long Ashton). Church photos added on the service page and All Saints Church, the Smyth's family church. Ashton Park School's Twin: The Inspiration School in Kenya.
June 2006	Large Aerial Photo of Ashton Court added and resizing options improved on Bower Ashton's aerial north view and south view. Photo and more detail added to the iron age history section.
April 2006	New Page Neighbours with links and photo's. Links organised by compass direction.
March 2006	Link to satellite views of Bower Ashton (or any post code) on the directions page. New section on St. Johns Chapel. Miscellaneous page: Lost the British Button Society but new information and links to: - the Bedminster Cricket Club, The Avon Trail and FrOGS.
February 2006	History page: New section on Burwalls and Burgh Walls Iron Age Fort. Extra photo and more details on Rownham Ferry. New section on Christy Brothers (Electric Company).
January 2006	History section expanded and set-up as a new page. New Page: Maps and Directions to the Events. Based on Google Maps. Every been delayed by a bridge swing on the A4 Cumberland Basin swing bridge? The High and Low Tide Times may help you avoid this. UWE page: Students Union section (links).
December 2005	Pharmacist section on services page. Famous Bower Ashtonians. New section added, okay only one (so far), tell me more or I may enter an MP I seem to recall lived here! Ashton Court page, further links and information added.
